Cancellation Policy:

Refunds will be granted minus a $20 overhead fee up to 72 hours of the event start time. Within 48 hours of the event, 50% will be granted. No refunds will be granted for cancellation within 24 hours of the event. This is a small group session and your participation is necessary and we will be holding a spot for you that someone else wanted.

If we cancel the event for any reason full refunds will be granted unless we are able to reschedule the event, in which case your registration fee will forward to the new date. If you are unable to attend the new date, you'll receive a full refund.
