STEP 2
90-Minute Call
Once you've completed the self-evaluation, you'll schedule a 90-minute call, via phone or Zoom, with you and whichever team members you'd like to join.
STEP 3
Action Items
During the call, we'll discuss the results of the self-evaluation, how to leverage your strengths, and overcome weaknesses. You'll leave with a list of action items.
