A little about me

I have 25 years of experience in management. I started working when I was 15 and I was a manager of my first to employees at 19. I moved to Dublin, Ireland to implement and manage a CRM program and database that I programmed and designed for a global company when I was 20.
When the economy tanked in 2001 (this is not the first nor the 100th disruption I have faced in my career journey) I made a pivot and went back to school for a degree in Science. That degree has helped me to be a inquisitive and proficient "asker of questions" and given me the ability to read data in ways everyone should.
In 2009, the economy tanked again, at that time I was managing 4 programs, and a rotating GIS intern program. The 40 grant projects wrapped up in $2M, dropped to 4 projects. I answered a call to join the Florida Sterling Council. They are a nonprofit that performs excellence evaluations for organizations seeking to apply for an award from the Governor. I stayed with that program for 7 years.
I moved to Syracuse in 2017, in hindsight pivoting and starting over while maintaining focus and motivation has been a recurring theme throughout my career. This is where you find me now, sharing my insights, tech skills, design skills, and problem-solving skills to work for you.
